Govt. of W.B.\n\nবিষয়: সংবর্ধনা জ্ঞাপন এবং westbengal All private Iti শিক্ষক প্রশিক্ষকদের  \n     কে  জাতীয়  শিক্ষানীতি (NEP) তে স্থায়ীভাবে অন্তর্ভুক্তিকরণের বিনীত আবেদন l\n\nমাননীয় মহাশয়,\n                         শ্রদ্ধেয় ড: শ্যামাপ্রসাদ মুখার্জির পুণ্যভূমিতে ব্যাপক সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠতা নিয়ে রাষ্ট্রবাদী ডবল ইঞ্জিনের সরকার প্রতিষ্ঠিত হওয়ায় রাজ্যবাসী হিসাবে আমরা আনন্দিত, গর্বিত তৎসহ ভীষণ আশাবাদীও l\n\nনবনির্বাচিত সরকারের শ্রদ্ধেয় জননেতা তথা জনদরদি মাননীয় মুখ্যমন্ত্রী শ্রী শুভেন্দু অধিকারী মহাশয় কে এবং প্রত্যেক মাননীয় BJP বিধায়ক সহ আপনাকে অভিনন্দন জানাই।\n\nআমরা কারিগরি দপ্তরের অধীনে, পশ্চিমবঙ্গের প্রায় ৩০০+ pvt Iti পোষিত কলেজের বৃত্তিমূলক বিভাগে 4\nহাজারের অধিক চুক্তিভিত্তিক এবং 6 হাজারের অধিক পার্টটাইমার রা B.Tech, Diploma Engineer,ITI\nবিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রে র পোস্ট গ্রাজুয়েট এবং অনার্স গ্রাজুয়েটরা, বিভিন্ন ট্রেডের NCVT (ITI) ধারীরা,\nযে নিয়মে নিয়োগ হতেন, আমরাও সেই একই নিয়মে ওপেন এডভার্টাইজমেন্ট এর মাধ্যমে Skill India Digital এর DGT নিয়ম মেনে ভিন্ন জেলাতেও নিয়োগ হয়ে আছি।\n\nএই কর্মস্থান মুখী আধুনিক যুগপোযগী শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা  পরবর্তীকালে সংশোধিত  অনুযায়ী এখনো অব্দি সমগ্র শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থাটি চুক্তিভিত্তিক ও আংশিক সময়ের শিক্ষক ও প্রশিক্ষকদের দ্বারা পরিচালিত হচ্ছে l বর্তমানে আমরাই এই সমগ্র শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থাটার ধারক ও বাহক হয়েও (অন্যদের মত সাপোর্টিং নই) এবং আমাদের নিজস্ব ডাইরেক্টরেট থাকা সত্ত্বেও এবং  ভাতা, ৩% ইনক্রিমেন্ট, বোনাসও অবসরকালীন সুযোগ সুবিধা না পেয়েও বর্তমানে আমাদের সর্বনিম্ন মাসিক ভাতা ৫ হাজার এবং সর্বোচ্চ মাসিক ভাতা মাত্র ১১ হাজার ।\nযাহা আমাদের দেশের প্রেক্ষাপটে অনেক কম।\nশুভেচ্ছা \nG.Mandal\nSuri-I, Birbhum \n Westbengal All pvt Iti Staffs","2026-10-14T19:52:03+05:30","2026-10-15T00:13:36+05:30",{"id":9,"name":60},"Anonymous citizen",1793829951337]
